Kota Belud, “waaaah!”, the land of horses & buffalos (it could easily be the land of milk & honey). So, here it begins the story of the “Five Horsemen On the Prairie“. First thing first, let’s meet our world-famous horseman of Kota Belud. I have seen pictures of this old gentleman countless times, each time he still conjures up the image of the ”wow!” factor. There it is, I am still insisting on putting up a picture of this gentleman with a photogenic “wow!” factor. He could have been our superstar!

October is the month of the Horse Parade in Kota Belud, Sabah. Come meet our celebrated riders on the storm during the Tamu Besar (Grand Bazaar/Street Market Fair). The Bajau horsemen will ride into town and put on a grand parade of trooping the horses extravaganza.
